We are located in Melbourne Beach Florida, Melbourne Beach is a beautiful barrier island on Central Florida’s eastern shore. This quiet residential area features miles of pristine beaches and 100′s of acres of preserve land.

Lighthouse Cove in Melbourne Beach spans the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean. The area is rich in wildlife and is conveniently located close to shops, parks, restaurants, and the Melbourne Causeway.

Our beautifully landscaped community consists of 80 townhomes and villas. Our amenities include pool, private deeded beach access, clubhouse with function room, pier with fishing station and picnic table area, boat launch and benches along the Indian River for viewing the beautiful sunsets. Many recreational and social activities take place regularly.
